RoMS MOBILITY SCORING
1 – DAY COURSE
Mobility Scoring is an efffective way to monitor the whole herd’s lameness. It is a RoMS accredited system whereby cows are scored based on their mobility. The Register of Mobility Scorers (RoMS) is a self-regulatory body which encourages the use of standardised, independent mobility scoring, conducted by trained and accredited scorers.
The aim of this LANTRA approved course is to teach you how to assess and score the mobility of cows effectively. You will then be able to evaluate the level of lameness and the progress made on farm to either reduce levels of lameness or maintain a low level.
